BBauto allows both individuals and dealers to list their vehicles, where their cars are exposed to strong visibility from Georgian and international audiences alike — helping them reach a sale as quickly as possible.

BBauto is built around the comfort of both the seller and the buyer. Buyers often need to reach out to a seller just to get basic information about a car, and that first contact can feel awkward — especially for buyers outside Georgia. For that reason, BBauto has built a real-time chat into every listing, so buyers and sellers can communicate in writing without ever leaving the platform. This simplifies:

1. Getting basic information about a car, which saves time for both the buyer and the seller.
2. Agreeing on a price and negotiating comfortably. The buyer can propose a number they are comfortable with, and the seller decides whether to accept it — without the pressure of a live call.
3. Overcoming the language barrier with foreign buyers. Written chat lets either side use any translation tool of their choice — something that is not possible during a voice call. Foreign buyers often do not have a local phone plan and would otherwise need to rely on alternative messaging apps; BBauto keeps the whole conversation in one place.

BBauto also lets buyers request an Expert for a car they are interested in. Through this service, a buyer can receive detailed information about the vehicle — including an expert assessment and detailed photos — without having to travel to see it in person. This service is designed around the buyer’s comfort and time.

BBauto is a marketplace, not a party to any vehicle sale. We do not buy or sell vehicles on behalf of our users, we do not hold or transfer funds for a vehicle purchase, and we do not charge any commission on transactions between buyers and sellers. The price of a vehicle, and any deposit or reservation arrangement a buyer and seller agree on, is settled directly between them — it never passes through our platform.

We generate revenue in only two ways:

• Listing Promotion (Premium / VIP placement). Sellers who want their listing to stand out can purchase a Premium or VIP package that gives it priority placement.
• The Expertise Service. For buyers who cannot inspect a vehicle in person, or for whom doing so is simply inconvenient, BBauto offers a paid inspection covering a visual review of the car along with detailed photos. Our team carries out the service and issues a verified inspection certificate reflecting the vehicle’s condition. This is the only paid service tied to a specific vehicle, and it is paid for by the user who chose to request it.

Any fee charged by our payment partner, Bank of Georgia, for processing a card payment is set and disclosed by the bank, not by BBauto.

When a user confirms their phone number through SMS/OTP verification, their account is marked as verified — a simple signal to other users that the phone number behind the account is real. Adding a profile photo is optional and left entirely to the user’s discretion.

BBauto is registered in Georgia and operates for the Georgian auto market, currently serving users in Georgian, English, and Russian. Additional languages are planned as the platform grows.
