How it Works
BBauto connects car buyers and sellers directly. Below is the simple flow for using the platform.

Browse listings
Search and filter vehicle listings, then open a listing you like to view photos and the seller’s information.

Chat with the owner
Use the platform’s real-time chat to get information about the car, negotiate, and arrange a viewing. If the seller has shared a phone number, you may also contact them by phone if you prefer.

Optional Expert service
If you cannot inspect the car in person, or you want to save time and effort, you can request BBauto’s paid Expert service — a technical and body inspection with a verified certificate. This is paid by the buyer who requests it, not as part of the vehicle’s price.

Deal directly between the parties
Price, deposit, payment for the vehicle, and handover are agreed between the buyer and the seller, outside BBauto’s payment flow. BBauto does not take a commission on the sale and does not hold or transfer vehicle purchase funds.

Selling and promotion
When you are ready to sell, create your own listing from the dashboard. Premium or VIP promotion is optionally available for higher visibility.
BBauto is a marketplace: we provide the platform, chat, and optional paid services (listing promotion and the Expert service). The vehicle transaction itself stays between you and the other party.
