Terms and Conditions

• "Platform" means the BBauto website and any associated applications.
• "Listing" means the publication on the Platform, by a user, of a vehicle or any other means of transport for sale, rent, or other marketing purposes.
• "Seller" means any user — individual or legal entity — who publishes a Listing, including BBauto itself when it lists any means of transport for sale, rent, or other marketing purposes.
• "Buyer" means any user who wishes to search, choose, view, or purchase any means of transport advertised on the Platform.
• Note: the same user may be a Buyer, a Seller, or both.
• "Expert Service" means the paid service performed by BBauto on a vehicle chosen by a Buyer, at the Buyer's request, as described in Section 7.2.
• "Payment Provider" means Bank of Georgia and its iPay payment processing service, through which all card payments on the Platform are processed.

BBauto is an online marketplace that allows Sellers to list vehicles and other means of transport, while allowing Buyers to browse those listings, communicate with Sellers, and make use of BBauto's Expert Service. BBauto is not a party to any vehicle sale. We do not own (except where BBauto is itself the listed Seller), verify automatically, or guarantee any vehicle listed by a third party. The agreement to buy or sell a vehicle is formed exclusively between the Buyer and the Seller, and BBauto has no obligation, liability, or role in that agreement, its performance, or any dispute arising from it, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. An account becomes "Verified" once its phone number is confirmed through SMS/OTP; this indicates only that the phone number has been verified, not that BBauto has vetted the user's identity, business, or vehicles in any other way.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their Listings, including the vehicle's condition, ownership status, and price. BBauto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any Listing, including listings that appear fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, or in breach of these Terms — with no obligation to refund the promotion fee where part of the promotion period has already been used, except as provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The Platform provides real-time chat between Buyers and Sellers. Where a Seller displays a phone number, Buyers may also contact them directly. Any arrangement between a Buyer and a Seller — including price negotiation, vehicle viewing, deposits, payment for the vehicle, and delivery — takes place entirely outside the Platform and is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. BBauto does not mediate, guarantee, or process any part of these arrangements.

Do not post false or misleading Listings; misrepresent your identity or your authority to sell a vehicle; use the Platform to solicit off-platform payments under false pretenses; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; harass or defraud other users; or otherwise use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. BBauto may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section and may report suspected fraud to the relevant Georgian authorities.

BBauto currently offers only two types of paid services to its users through the Platform (Listing Promotion and the Expert Service). The price of a vehicle or any other means of transport, and any reservation deposit, are never processed, held, or handled by BBauto or through the Platform.

All online payments on the Platform are processed by Bank of Georgia through its iPay service. BBauto does not collect, view, process, or store your card details — this information is transmitted directly and securely to the Payment Provider. Any fees, exchange rates, or processing terms applied by the Payment Provider are set by Bank of Georgia and are outside BBauto's control; please refer to Bank of Georgia's own terms for details of those charges.

BBauto does not take any commission on the sale of a vehicle. Our only revenue is from the paid services described in Section 7.

For payments made by an individual user, BBauto does not issue a formal tax invoice. Business or corporate users that require an official invoice may request one; the applicable tax is added to the invoiced amount in accordance with Georgian law.

A "Verified" badge, a promoted (Premium/VIP) Listing, or an Expert certificate reflect specific, limited facts (phone verification, a paid promotion, or a point-in-time inspection, respectively). None of these constitutes an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by BBauto of a Seller, a Buyer, or a vehicle.

The Platform's design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted Listing content) are the property of BBauto. Users retain ownership of the content they publish but grant BBauto a license to display, reproduce, and promote that content on and in connection with the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, the Platform is provided as-is, and BBauto accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of Listings, the conduct of users, or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. BBauto's total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to BBauto for services provided in the six (6) months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify BBauto against damages, claims, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, from your Listing content, or from your dealings with other users.

BBauto may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or on the basis of its reasonable judgement, with prior notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bbauto.ge.

These Terms are made available in Georgian, English, and Russian. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Georgian version shall prevail.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
